Palm Beach County service
A low spot is often a symptom. Washed-out base, clogged drains, concentrated runoff, weak compaction, failed edges or nearby roots can all move pavers. Resetting the surface without addressing the active cause may allow the same condition to return, so the site visit begins with water movement and support below the pavers.

Common reasons
Visible surface changes are useful clues, but they do not always reveal the complete condition below. During a site visit, we look at the affected area in context: nearby edges, drains, thresholds, roots, runoff and the age of surrounding work.
Our scope
Water needs a safe destination. A drain added without enough fall or an appropriate discharge point may simply move the puddle or create a maintenance problem somewhere else.
Before work begins, the estimate describes what will be disturbed, what can be saved, how the area will be prepared and what finished variation is realistic. That makes it easier to compare recommendations and helps avoid surprises once the surface is opened.
We also look beyond the immediate work line. A repair or installation should meet garages, doors, drains, coping, sidewalks and landscape edges cleanly. If another trade is needed for plumbing, structural, pool or irrigation work, that coordination is identified early.
Observe the low area, contributing elevations and discharge points
Check visible drains, runoff paths, edges and base condition
Rebuild affected support and reset pavers to a workable grade
Install or coordinate channel and hidden drains where appropriate

Materials & options
Samples are considered in the actual setting whenever possible. Florida light, shade and surrounding finishes can make a small showroom sample look very different outdoors.
Availability, suitability and manufacturer requirements are confirmed for the final selection. We avoid promising an exact match to older weathered material until a sample has been compared at the property.

We review surface condition, edges, access, elevations and likely causes before defining a scope.

Project documentation
Wide views, close details and consistent before-and-after angles help explain the visible condition and the finished result. The photographs on this page show the range of surfaces, repairs and transitions we evaluate.

Questions homeowners ask
Outdoor surfaces need practical tolerances, and intense Florida rain can temporarily exceed drainage capacity. We explain the realistic improvement for the site.
No. Original base work matters, but leaks, roots, erosion, changed runoff and failed drains can affect an older surface.
We inspect visible drainage as part of diagnosis and include relevant paving or drain work in scope. Specialized plumbing or underground investigation may require another trade.
A straightforward next step
We are happy to evaluate the area, explain what we see and provide a clear estimate for the work that makes sense.
